2025 Regional Transportation Plan

The 2025 Tehama County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is a comprehensive, long-range blueprint designed to guide the development of a balanced, multimodal transportation system within Tehama County through 2045. Prepared by the Tehama County Transportation Commission (TCTC), the RTP outlines current transportation modes, assesses future travel and goods movement needs, and identifies specific projects and funding strategies to enhance roadways, public transit, bicycle and pedestrian pathways, aviation, and freight services.
