The Tehama County Transportation Commission / Tehama County Transit Agency Board is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural, engineering, and project management firms to provide professional services for the Red Bluff and Cottonwood Bus Shelter Installation Project. The project is anticipated to be funded in whole or in part with State transit funds made available through the SB 125 Formula-Based Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program and/or Zero Emission Transit Capital Program, as applicable.

The SOQ, excluding attachments, transmittal letter, resumes, and required forms, shall not exceed 20 single-sided 8.5” x 11” pages, single-spaced, using 11-point font and one-inch margins. Graphics may be smaller but must be legible. Submittals must be clearly marked “Tehama County Bus Shelter Project – Project Manager RFQ” and bear the name of the agency, organization, or firm submitting the Statement of Qualifications. The SOQ shall be mailed or submitted to the County prior to 5:00 P.M., November 18th, 2026.
